THE CURATED PROMISE

Magic Mystic Shoppe LLC operates as a Premium Curator. We source brand-new, high-quality goods from select global markets to bring them to our platform. While we vetting every item for excellence, we are not the original manufacturer.

PRODUCT ACCURACY

We strive for 100% accuracy in our descriptions and imagery. However, because we source from various markets, minor variations in specifications (dimensions, weight, or materials) may occur if a manufacturer updates a product. All items are sold “As-Is” based on current manufacturer standards.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We offer a 2-hour grace period after an order is placed. During this window, you may request a cancellation for a full refund. Once this window has passed—or once a shipping label has been generated—the order is considered processed and cannot be canceled.

 SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

  • Global Shipping: We ship worldwide from Beaumont, Texas.

  • The Buyer’s Responsibility: Any import duties, VAT, or additional customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated or charged at checkout/delivery as required by your local government.

  • Risk of Loss: Our responsibility ends once the package is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). The “Risk of Loss” passes to the buyer upon shipment. We highly recommend selecting insured shipping options for high-value curated items.


RETURNS & INSPECTION

We accept returns within [14/30] days of delivery.

  • Process: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Inspection: Once the item is received at our Beaumont facility, it will undergo a quality inspection. It must be in its original, brand-new condition.

  • Refund: Upon successful inspection, the refund will be released to the original payment method.
