Curated excellence is our standard. If you are not satisfied with your selection, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

HYGIENE & USAGE STANDARDS (VERY STRICT)
To maintain the sanctity of our collection, we do not accept returns on any items that have been used, worn, or tried on in any way or form.
Apparel: Must be in original packaging with all tags attached. Items with scents (perfume/detergent) or signs of wear will be rejected.
Personal Care & Sealed Goods: Any item that has been opened or unsealed is Final Sale.
THE INSPECTION & REFUND PROCESS
Upon arrival at our Beaumont, Texas facility, your item will undergo a professional inspection.
Approval: Once confirmed as untouched, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Late Refunds: If you havenβt received your refund after approval, please contact your bank or credit card company first, as processing times vary.
Rejection: Items failing inspection will be returned to the sender at their expense.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a Magic Mystic Gift Credit for the value of your return. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING & FEES
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return. Original shipping fees and international customs duties are non-refundable.
DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue immediately.
